Q. How do you define commercial property?
A. Commercial properties come in several different "flavors" including residential multi-family, office, industrial, agricultural, retail, mixed use and special purpose properties.
Q. Do you work only with clients seeking commercial investment property?
A. No, many clients are seeking commercial property for their own business or personal use and may not be looking to generate rental income. Many other clients will be seeking non-commercial properties to invest in such as single-family homes, duplex/triplex/fourplex and larger multi-family residential while other clients may be interested in contracting our services to aquire and/or dispose of businesses. We are here to serve the specific needs of each individual cliient and assist them to achieve their unique investment goals.
Q. How does a person build a real estate property portfolio?
A. This is a great question as it suggests that an investor is looking towards the creation of long-term wealth. History has proven to us that real estate is an incredible and proven vehicle to achieving this goal and that this fact will not likely ever change (short of total armageddon where we won't be around to care anyway). I work closely with my clients forming a bond and relationship whereby I earn the opportunity to become an invaluable member of their "inner circle" of trusted advisors. Not unlike an attorney or physician, I become intimately involved with my clients and focus on their accumulation of wealth working closely with other advisors such as financial planners, accountants and attorneys.
